We have dedicated this section of our Web site to some of the most important airports of the
world. When we observed satelite images of great cities, always attract our attention (almost
immediately) the presence of these structures ant its specials and diverses shapes: the airports.
Due the resolution of the Landsat satellite (30 mts) allows us to observe details of great
structures, we have decided to indicate in these images some points of interest like being
terminals, parkings and car rentals sites.We will begin with the Los Angeles International Airport, California, located 24 kilometers
distant of downtown. Seeing it in the image, we will be able to affirm that it has an airport
classic design. It have eight terminals and three enormous parking
buildings.
