ROMA FROM THE LANDSAT SATELLITE

If today "New York" is called "the capital of the world", during half millenium it was Rome, in fact, the capital of the knowing world, until the fall of the Roman Empire in the year 476 A.C.. During those centuries, different emperors, in their eagerness to perpetuate their name, constructed monumenta and infinity of wonderful constructions, as well as, spectacular engineer installations, like being routes, aqueducts, cleaning, etc.. It could be affirmed that Rome was the first model of modern city in the history. At the present time, still they are left innumerable testimonies of this classic period, combined in harmonious collage, with medieval, Renaissance and modern constructions. This authentic tunnel of the time that in architectural, historical and cultural matter constitutes Rome today, is point of attraction for thousands of tourists who delight when visiting this city. And here we see only part of it from the space. In the same way that we have done in the case of other cities, we have marked some points (a very small part) that habitually are from interest to the travellers:
