Look how a series of polygons are clearly insinuated, in tones that go from orange to opaque green. In some cases, these polygons are demarcated by lines that evidently are paths, but not in other cases. The resolution of Landsat (30mts), prevents to detect objects such as very narrow footpaths and obviously, it's impossible to detect wire fences. However, the remarkable difference that can be seen between adjacent polygons without apparent demarcation, demonstrates a different handling and/or use of the ground. The suggestive presence of shelter woods (small dark rectangles), stems (small areas in blue dark) and gorges, allows us to infer "approximately", that this it's an area destined preferredly to the pasturing. Until today, we don't have knowledge of which sometimes somebody have been applied satellite remote sensing technology to the analysis of pastures in our country, but as it can be seen in this image and like in the case of the rice, we considered that its potentiality it isn´t despicable.
